5. Content creators cannot register themselves and add videos. Only I, as an administrator, can create and edit collections, but after creating a collection, I have the ability to give the creator access to their collection so that they can see the number of downloads of their videos.
6. The ability to add keywords to each video so that clients can search for videos by keywords.
7. Below the search bar, there should be a list of keywords from which a person can choose what they will search for.
