Website with lottery results

Hello everyone!

We need a person for permanent development and improvement of the website. The technical specification specifies the minimum working functionality to start the project. I take care of all design and layout questions, from you only Admin panel and variables are required.

Task: Daily parsing of PDF files and posting them on the website via cron job.

Every day, 3 times a day at 13:00, 18:00, and 20:00, the Sambad lottery draw takes place.

The server operates on GMT+5:30 time.

Initially, it is necessary to implement:

Create simple HTML templates where we just add variables that will display the necessary content. No engines or other complex and heavy implementations.

Homepage + Summary for today

Until the first morning broadcast appears, we display a message that these are yesterday's results.

Parsing results:

13:00 - start accessing the website http://www.dhankesari.com/ every 30 seconds to get morning results

18:00 - start accessing the website http://www.dhankesari.com/ every 30 seconds to get afternoon results

20:00 - start accessing the website http://www.dhankesari.com/ every 30 seconds to get evening results

Important: Once the data is received, stop parsing immediately to avoid constantly changing IP addresses in case of a ban.

Working principle:

Homepage + Summary for today

On the homepage, 3 PDF files with results are located at the very top 20:00, then 18:00, and at the very bottom 13:00.

In the morning, as soon as we receive the first morning file, we immediately remove all 3 files from yesterday from the homepage and publish one morning file. As soon as we receive the afternoon file, we publish it above the morning one and the evening one above the afternoon one accordingly.

By evening, we have 3 files on the Homepage at the very top 20:00, then 18:00, and at the very bottom 13:00. And everything repeats in a circle.

So on the Homepage and on the Summary for today page, the results for yesterday are only displayed until the first morning file appears.

Summary for yesterday + Morning-Afternoon-Evening yesterday

As soon as 00:00:01 arrives, we update the data on the Summary for yesterday page and on the Morning-Afternoon-Evening pages for yesterday. So until the morning results are out, our Homepage+Summary for today+Summary for yesterday show the same results, but as soon as the morning file is out, the data on the Homepage, Summary for today, and Morning pages change to today's results.

Morning-Afternoon-Evening for today

These pages have 1 PDF file each. As soon as a new morning broadcast is out, the results for today change instantly on the Morning-Afternoon-Evening pages accordingly.

Archive:

Simply display a table on the page with 3 columns and divided by months. Columns 1-2-3 are respectively Morning-Afternoon-Evening, and the date is simply written. When clicking on the date, we expand the necessary file for viewing or sharing. Everything works within one page.

ADMIN PANEL

Currently, in the admin panel, it is necessary to display dates and accordingly 3 times for each date. In case of unsuccessful parsing or IP ban, there should be the possibility to manually add a file via (select file) from the computer.

Through cron, we should create a new day (date) at 00:00:01

We parse PDF files via cron

If the PDF is not parsed, we can add it manually

For the logic to work, it should not matter whether the file is parsed via cron or added through the admin panel.
