If you haven't decided on hosting yet - I will suggest the best among Ukrainian ones, where besides super support - the technical part is excellent, allowing the site to load quickly without unnecessary costs and tedious manipulations.
Algorithm: we choose a style, agree on the layout, functionality, possibly adjusting the price based on the agreement, the site is built, and we make adjustments based on visual perception.
