Эти значения зависят от Процессора и видеокарты и нам нужно их собрать (спарсить).
В вложении файл - нужно заполнить значения ФПС в данных играх при заданных конфигурациях, к примеру процессор i3 8100 + видеокарта GTX 1050 в игре Doom при разрешении 1920х1080 на Высоких настройках выдаст 40 ФПС.

30% нужно гуглить.
