Добрый день. Все необходимое оборудование мы закупим и предоставим. Если есть возможность настроить все и запрограммировать без стола и песка, тогда все остальное мы соберём тут. Мы не знаем как правильно это создаётся и программируется, а так же какое именно оборудование нужно. Поэтому нужен человек, который разберётся в инструкции и скажет что ему необходимо для создания такой песочницы. Тогда мы закажем это оборудование

В упомянутой вами инструкции Augmented Reality Sandbox всё изложено достаточно доступно, с перечнем оборудования (на английском). Программировать там особо ничего не надо.
Полагаю, вы не собираетесь своё ПО для этого разрабатывать. И вам по сути нужен "инженер-сборщик" под это.
Дистанционно это достаточно сложно сделать, так что в формулировку задачи стоит добавить указание местоположения, где всем этим надо будет заниматься.
