Wind turbine blade (small wind turbines)
It is necessary to design a collapsible gable for a small wind turbine.
Technical task:
Gable height 28m
It should be collapsible in two parts of 14m each. It will be mounted without a crane using a winch, and therefore must withstand lateral loads during lifting.
Main columns made of casing pipe, braces made of angle.
All connections should be bolted.
It is necessary to calculate the profiles and draw the main assemblies

1. Everything should be fully disassembled, but will be assembled as two parts of 14m each.
2. A ladder will be needed
3. A lightning rod should be provided.
4. Probably the hinges at the junction of the two parts need to be reinforced to withstand the lift.
5. Blades are 5m each, windmill weight - 400 kg.
6. If you are designing foundations, you will need to additionally create a foundation project for the shed.
