An attempt was made to send the mailing via sendPulse, but the service blocked it (see screenshot) because the email database was improperly collected

"Your address book contains spam trap addresses. Spam trap addresses do not purchase anything or subscribe to anything.
Mailings must be carried out solely based on explicit and direct request or consent of the recipient, following the 'Single Opt-In' principle, or with confirmation of email via 'Double Opt-In', where the recipient not only provided their email address for receiving mailings (registration), but also confirmed their consent by clicking a special link in the registration confirmation email, which you should send immediately after the subscriber provides their address. Any mailings to addresses without single or double opt-in may cause issues with delivery to the 'Inbox' folder, as well as a high level of complaints from recipients about unauthorized mailing (spam), and consequently, damage to the sender's email reputation."

Regarding the mailing list, you collected the database 3 years ago and probably did not validate it, but it needs to be validated every 6 months. You were blocked because you did not validate your database and had a high bounce rate.
Basically, double opt-in is the correct solution because without it, people can provide invalid addresses, and you sent to invalid addresses, which is why you were blocked. But on your websites, I did not see a popup or subscription pages, so the question is how exactly you collect subscribers. And email campaigns should be done at least twice a month, not once every 3 years, because after 1 year, if you haven't sent any campaigns, it is no longer considered your contact database.
Therefore, I am willing to consider cooperation with you. Promotional mailings and a Welcome series (automation) with a popup.
