Здравствуйте, нужно создать грабер который будет сохранять нужную страничку с сайта в отдельный .html файл,
Например: заходим на страничку, копируем на неё ссылку, вставляем в админку ссылку на объявление, и получаем .html файл со всеми рабочими кнопками

С какого сайта странички, они однотипные или нет, какой там есть функционал итд.
Если вам не подходит вариант "правая кнопка мыши" -> Save as html, то эта работа не совсем то легкая.
