Не хорошо получится, если девочке варианты не оплатили, а сейчас кто-то за сотку только в вектор переведет. Не на что не намекаю, но таких случаев хватает и Ваш проект очень уж похож на него.

а фото кажется делал он сам с своего монитора(у меня есть пару фото где меню пуск и прочая фигня видна)
я думаю там было без кидалова
по его словам у него просто не остались оригиналы -
А девочка не желает восстановить то, что рисовала? Лучше ей тогда заплатить. Но если это давно было (по стилю лого уже устарело, да и голова аллигатора не в айс качестве, кривовато), то рекомендую обновить лого всё-таки...

Ну если лого нужно просто для галочки, и не будет нигде печататься, и нет желания выглядеть на уровне по сравнению с конкурентами, то можно и остановиться на вариантах а-ля 1990-е, в стиле наследия СССР.

Восстановить лого из примера не проблема, любое за 100 грн штука, хоть все. Точность отстройки гарантирую. Но они ведь слишком сложны для лого, как думаете?.. Больше похожи на иллюстрации, нет интересной идеи, нет именно логотипического стиля. Может, лучше разработать логотип с нуля? Интересный, стильный логотип в минимале, который будет пригоден для печати на ручках (а этот как печатать на сувенирке?..) и прочей продукции. -
