Сделать передачу сообщения с формы в Jivosite (API).
1. На данный момент, если у нас не работает онлайн-чат jivosite: http://take.ms/bAJ5E
2. Когда оператор в jivosite онлайн, мы кликаем на кнопку http://take.ms/03SCr и текст, введеный тут http://take.ms/Kzrnt должен передаваться по аналогии в окно чата Jivosite, при условии, если оператор онлайн.
3. https://www.jivosite.ru/api/ – api jivosite это позволяет, я спрашивал. Они сказали, что можно передавать сообщения в чат любые запросами. То есть мы когда передаем сообщение в чат, учитывая что чат во фрейме, мы можем или обновить страницу или обновить фрейм, в итоге чтобы это получить так, что пользовать просто отправил обычное сообщение в чат, только при нажатии на кнопку "задать вопрос" мы сделали это автоматически (отправили сообщение).

Что то я не очень понимаю, а зачем это ? Jivosite полноценная форма + чат , неужели этого не достаточно. Просто интересно даже.

я правильно понял, что Вы хотите просто "запретить" присылать сообщения jivosite, если оператор не онлайн? Прочитал, понял так: Если оператор онлайн, передать сообщение из левой формы, в правую. А если он не онлайн, то что?

просто суть не понятно, в jivosite, когда оператор не онлайн, вместо чата, появляется форма во фрейме. И там человек оставляет контакты. Зачем тогда своя форма?
