Create a call base and conclude a contract with customers

Operators are required for remote work on the phone. Legal direction. Knowledge of legislation is not required. Tasks - 20-30 fresh, hot dialogues with potential clients per day to schedule their appointments in the office. Work schedule is agreed upon based on possibilities and desires. Preferably with at least one year of experience; we will quickly adjust the dialogue structure and achieve results. Can be without experience; we will teach quickly and involve in work to achieve results. A computer and stable internet are required, Male/Female. No age restrictions. Decent pay, weekly, piecework/premium. Discussed over the phone. Good conditions, loyal management. Combination or part-time employment is not possible. Only full-time applicants are of interest. Task: • Find 100–150 contacts of decision-makers (not general company numbers, but personal contacts with direct phone numbers) • First contact with potential client: email and/or calls • Record results and statuses in CRM Requirements: • Experience in B2B lead generation and cold contacts (email, calls) • Proficient in English or German • Independence, systematic approach to work, regular reporting

Call 300 contacts and offer job vacancies, then refer them for an interview. The vacancies are in production, and we provide reservations. 500 UAH per person who reaches employment. It’s best if you are located in Lviv; I can provide a separate office.
