I am commissioning the creation of a complete website from scratch intended for presenting a B2B offer. At the specified address, there is an empty installation that requires configuration, structure design, and implementation of all website elements.
Technical scope: installation and configuration of the WordPress system, installation and configuration of WooCommerce as the product catalog management system, preparation and customization of the graphic theme, configuration of URL structure, menu, header, and footer, adaptation of the site for computers, tablets, and phones, configuration of forms, emails, and basic security measures, configuration of SSL certificate, backups, and update mechanism, basic speed optimization and technical SEO. Functional scope and content of the site: design of the homepage, preparation of subpages: offer, products, company information, components, custom-made products, ordering process, and contact, creation of a catalog including about 170 products divided into approximately 7 categories, preparation of category templates and individual product cards, input of images, names, descriptions, technical parameters, colors, sales units, and packaging information, implementation of presentations for recommended and popular products, configuration of the cart or mechanism for creating product inquiries, implementation of a button allowing for sending a quote request, preparation of a contact form, implementation of a newsletter signup form, creation of sections presenting the advantages of the offer, available categories, and B2B cooperation methods, input of content, images, and graphic materials provided by the client. Acceptance conditions:
The result of the commission should be a complete and publicly accessible website operating at the target address. All subpages, forms, links, categories, and product cards must function correctly. The site should display properly on mobile devices, and the client should have the ability to independently edit content, products, and images from the administrative panel.
Upon completion of the work, the contractor will provide administrative access, configure the site on the target server, and fix any errors detected during acceptance testing.
