What needs to be done: conduct an independent expert consultation on the implementation of multisig wallets to protect the company's treasury funds, which operates with high-volume payment processing in USDT across three networks - TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), and Ethereum (ERC20). Requirements: (1) review available market solutions and recommend the optimal one for our profile - a single custodial platform for all three networks or a combination of separate tools for EVM and TRON; (2) propose a signature architecture (e.g., 2-of-3), key distribution among roles, thresholds for quick/large payments; (3) provide recommendations for key storage (hardware wallets, HSM) and procedures in case of key loss or compromise. For whom: the team administering the company's treasury with a high volume of crypto transactions. Success criterion: a ready recommended architecture with a clear implementation plan.
