When a new wallet is created, send a notification to the closed Telegram channel thread if the following conditions are met:
1) wallet balance is from 50K USDT
2) Wallets need to be tagged with emojis
- low priority for wallet tracking - red 🔴
- medium priority for wallet tracking - yellow🟡
- high priority - green🟢
Parameters for assigning priority:
a) if it is just a fresh wallet with a balance of 50K or more - low priority
b) If (1) the wallet withdraws to a fresh address from different exchanges or (2) the wallet withdraws multiple times from different exchanges - medium priority (i.e., if one of the two conditions is met)
c) If both conditions are met simultaneously, then high priority

Telegram from the bots side does not work very well with threads, and such a bot will sooner or later get stuck if it is not programmed carefully because the thread is determined by the first message in it, and the other messages are responses to that first one - at some point, the bot stops seeing that first message and can no longer send anything to the thread.
Monitoring created wallets is not possible, as nothing indicates their creation, but monitoring wallets where USDT has appeared and there were no transactions before - we can generally do without problems.
We also cannot understand whether this Ethereum came from the exchange to these wallets or not, as we do not know all the addresses of all exchanges, only a small number of them.
