Searching for 2D animators for children's cartoons

We're searching for 2D animators for children's cartoons. We're interested in highly experienced, highly talented animators with patience, imagination, and creativity to help bring our vision to life!
Animations will be approximately 2-5 minutes long.
Characters will require:
1. Rigging
2. Animating
3. Lip syncing song lyrics
4. Dancing to the music
We cannot accept jerky movement. No Adobe animations, please. We prefer fluid animations created with Toon Boom Harmony, Moho, etc. We hope to achieve high end animation style similar to Bluey or BeBe and Joe.
Please submit your portfolio/demo reel.
Final thoughts:
** 1. Our music is not provocative or aggressive, but it is hip-hop/R&B/pop music genre based for kids of all ages.
** 2. Our characters are based on an African American family.
** 3. Experienced animators only. We are interested in cooperating with the most talented animators. No novice animators, please.
**4. Please do not apply if you animate with Adobe. We're interested in more fluid motion like Toon Boom, Moho, etc.
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
- Are you willing to animate hip-hop/rap/R&B music videos for kids?
- Are you willing to animate characters based on African Americans?
- Can you animate characters for constant dancing throughout an entire video?
- On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest, how would you rate your animation skills?
- Which software do you animate with? Adobe, Toon Boom, Moho, etc?
