Clients write to us from different platforms with various questions. Starting from sales to support. They write in different languages. We can respond in 3 languages: Russian, Ukrainian, and English.

We also have a chat on our website where we can see who is writing to us. The client ID if they are our client, or a new client without an ID.

We need to set all this up, starting from selecting the required language to all response options in the chain. Moreover, it should be done in such a way that our employee receives a minimum number of inquiries. The bot should answer all questions. Or ChatGPT, which we can also connect.

Also, if there is knowledge of setting up other SendPulse products, we can discuss that as well.
