Need a link builder for placing crowd links, guest articles, and directories (Ukraine)

Looking for an experienced link builder for long-term collaboration.

What is needed:

• placement of crowd links on Ukrainian forums, Q&A services, and thematic communities;
• placement of guest articles (Guest Posts) on Ukrainian websites;
• adding websites to quality Ukrainian directories and listings;
• geo placements — Ukraine.

Requirements for placements:

• only quality and live platforms;
• pages must be indexed by Google;
• placements should look as natural as possible;
• no automatic spam, PBN, or other dubious methods;
• preferably provide metrics of platforms (DR, Ahrefs, organic traffic, or other available indicators);
• after completing the work, a report with links to all placements must be provided.
