Соглашусь с Владимиром. У Вас таргетирование на немецкую публику только. Я уверен, что переход на Английский дадут буст. Если вы гоните рекламу ППЦ на Etsy то оптимизацию листингов нужно делать по ней. Кроме того я бы в фото инфографики добавил на 3 языках а лучше на 4 Английском, Испанском, Немецком и Русском. Если реклама не бежит, то нужно её пустить. Хорошо настроенная реклама подтянет и органику.

Я понимаю, что это переход с DaWanda, но лучше перевести хоть часть товаров на английский. Так как Вы находитесь в Германии, немецкая аудитория Вас и так быстрее найдёт из-за предпочтения "local shops"
