The goal of the project is to reach the top 5 in priority low- and medium-frequency queries within 12 months, as well as ensure sustainable organic traffic at a level of 3000-6000 unique users per month from search engines, primarily Google.
Work on the project is expected to be ongoing, and upon achieving the planned KPIs, the specialist may be involved in other areas of the company.
As part of the search engine optimization strategy, the contractor commits to performing the following tasks:
conducting a comprehensive SEO audit of the website,
including an audit of the technical condition of the resource,
usability,
indexing,
structure and backlink profile;
analyzing the competitive environment and key players in the daily yacht tour niche in Barcelona with an analysis of their content and SEO strategies.
Based on the analysis, a semantic core is created with detailed clustering of queries by languages (English, Spanish, Russian) and the corresponding website structure.
Work with both low-frequency and conversion-oriented medium-frequency queries relevant to the commercial model is mandatory.
Once a month, the specialist must create and publish at least 8 expert, unique, SEO-optimized pages (articles, guides, landing pages) with a total volume of at least 50,000 characters, focusing on value for the user, using visual blocks (photos, lists, tables, FAQ), engaging headlines, and proper internal linking.
The specialist also organizes the collection and publication of reviews on Google and external platforms (TripAdvisor, Yelp, GetYourGuide, Tiqets) and other relevant directories.
An essential part of the work is active external promotion of the website through the purchase and placement of quality links on authoritative donor sites, with prior approval of the budget and link-building strategy.
Special attention is paid to local SEO. The specialist must optimize and maintain Google My Business (setup, description, photos, posts, regular updates), list the site in local directories and tour aggregators, work with Google Maps, and increase the relevance of the site in local search results.
From a technical perspective, the following work is mandatory: setting up Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, working on a mobile-first and responsive layout principle, configuring HTTPS, canonical URLs, multilingual structure with hreflang tags, adding Schema.org microdata for tours, events, reviews, FAQs, and other relevant entities.
As part of the SEO strategy implementation, the specialist must provide us with a detailed monthly report, including a list of completed tasks, traffic dynamics, position growth, a summary of indexable pages, KPI progress, and suggestions for further project development.
