Я, например, всегда обращаю внимание на ставку. И, в Вашем случае, видно, что не только оскорбительно, но и еще и желание в Вашей стороны за 3 копейки взвалить на спеца все, что только можно.

Я не знаю сколько стоят услуги специалиста. Но просмотрев цены на похожие услуги поставил среднюю на сервисе так как цены варьируются от 1000 до 8000 в среднем. Никого данной ставкой оскорбить не хотел.
Возьмите 4 проектов в месяц и сумма за сервис уже не будет пугающей. Не думаю что 40 часов в неделю специалист будет заниматься одним проектом.
Если вам не подходит ставка вы всегда можете ее пропустить или поставить свою.
