1. грамотно настроить Google Console. но только делать это нужно из-под твоего аккаунта; точнее, тебе нужно выделить для них права в Google Console. пусть специалисты распишут как это сделать.
2. код уже оптимизирован, не помешало бы провести анализ в плане статей, по ключевым словам, но это может подождать. Сейчас главное: регистрация и настройка сайта в Google Console, Bing и Yandex Metrika.также
3. также нужно проспамить ссылки на твои сайты на всяких ресурсах типа https://doc.ua/doctors/

За последний пункт Вам прямая дорога под фильтры поисковиков!?
А от туда иногда не все и выбираются!..
