Main tasks: • Management and development of sales through our own online store www.probioday.eu, as well as connecting and supporting additional sales channels (Allegro, Empik Marketplace, Erli, and others). • Creation, optimization, and scaling of product listings. • CRO+SEO optimization of content (meta tags, keywords, page structure, resolving technical issues that hinder conversion, etc.). • Working with content: product descriptions, photos, banners, A+ content. • Analysis of competitors, pricing policy, and assortment, etc. • Management of advertising campaigns on Allegro Ads (ideally). • Monitoring key performance indicators: turnover, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, CPA, margin. • Analysis of user behavior, effectiveness of product pages, and conversion. • Keeping records of sales, promotions, promo codes, inventory, and effectiveness of the e-commerce channel. • Preparation of regular reporting and analytics for the Head Office. • Preparation of recommendations for sales growth and development of the e-commerce channel in Poland. For us, the priority right now is not just SEO or CRO as separate processes or a set of tasks. For us, the key is the commercial result from their synergistic action and effective monetization of the existing traffic. Currently, we already have a separate Google Ads team working, a separate SMM team working, which brings traffic to the site. Our main task now is to ensure that this traffic converts better, cheaper, and more consistently. The website is technically ready and well-indexed, but there is little written about us online, so competitors appear in search results and AI responses (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). The task is to change this: to obtain quality mentions, publications, and links on relevant platforms. What needs to be done (main task) Conduct external PR/link building and assist with SEO: find relevant platforms and authors, negotiate publications and mentions, place materials, and track results. We need QUALITY thematic placements (travel, car rental, Georgia, relocation), not meaningless mass purchases. Key actions 1.
