Шаблон Android простого приложения-прокладки с WebView и двумя СДК

Ищем разработчика для создания примитивного шаблона Android приложения по готовому ТЗ и дизайну в Android Studio. Само приложения очень простое около 10 экранов с текстом и кнопками для перехода между экранами. Приложение будет прокладкой для арбитражного трафика. Главная задача это встроить WebView в приложение, ссылка для WebView будет браться из ТДС(сервис Кейтаро). Так же нужно встроить СДК для рекламы в Фейсбуке и СДК для ПушУведомлений.
