Shopify Expert (Audit / Design / CRO / Email and SMS / Custom App Integrations)

Hello,

I have a Shopify store https://edgewaterbrands.com/ where we mainly sell supplements and skincare products.

Ideally, I'd like to find a Shopify Expert with CRO, Design, Email/SMS setup and custom app integration experience - who can accomplish all or any of the following tasks below.

This will be a multi-phase project:

Phase 1: Initially I'd like to start with a 30-60 minute discovery video call where you can fully audit my store and provide feedback, constructive criticism, recommendations, additional app suggestions and specific details on what you would do to help improve our store’s design and CRO/metrics. 

This will help me to better understand your experience and capabilities. 

Also, I'll ask for a specific walk through on how to seamlessly update company ownership for this store and payment methods, and other apps.

• Store audit and Improvements Suggestions
• Update Store owner company change (consulting )
  • Shopify payments 
  • Shop checkout 
  • PayPal 
  • Other apps 

Phase 2: You would be setting up DNS for Zoho, Klaviyo and Seal Subscriptions.

Also, full setup of Klaviyo Email and SMS sequences (see list of tasks below). Testing and making sure everything works well. 

• Setup emails DNS with Zoho , Klaviyo and Seal Subscriptions - all 3
• Setup Klaviyo campaigns SMS+Email
  • Pop ups with discount 
  • Abandoned Cart sequence 
  • General advertising sequence
  • Post purchase sequence (welcome, testimonials, feedback, upsells, cross-sell, refill, referral, etc)
  • Subscription alerts before customer gets charged 
  • Other ideas - consult

Phase 3: You would have to integrate Kaching Bundles with Subscription software based on specific requirements (technical task - require complex coding).  

As well as making sure that chargeback mitigation software integrated correctly. We use ChargeFlow app.

• Kaching bundles app integration with Loop or Seal app custom rebill rules 
  • Currently using Kaching Bundles with pre-checked subscription box for individual product listing 
  • Need to integrate with Loop or Seal for specific rebilling logic based on the bundles selected or number of products purchased and have the flexibility to adjust rebilling timelines 
  • Subscription Cancellation Funnel - to convince customers not to cancel subscription / special offers, etc 
• ChargeFlow - chargeback mitigation software integration audit

Phase 4: You would be executing the actual store design improvements - We are using Shrine Theme with Blocky app:

• Make entire store looks professional 
• Rebuild Homepage, Collections and other suggested pages
• Product Page Improvements 
• Advertorial/Pre-sale funnel build out and improvements

Phase 5: Full CRO plan and execution:

• Sales page CRO 
• Add to cart CRO / Suggested products - don’t have in place yet
• Checkout CRO
• Upsell split testing CRO

Please honestly rank your own experience on a scale of 1 to 10 for each phase (10 being the best).  And please share your strengths and weaknesses for each phase.

Also, please provide estimate timeline and cost for each phase.
