In my opinion, it's really cool that you are using Dawn as the base theme, as this theme is an ideal foundation for redesign and you can literally do anything with it. I think something minimalist could be done like here: https://www.soeder.ch/ but with a focus on bags, invent a brand color palette, add more calls to action, create a quality banner on the homepage, create quality photos, and also add interlinking and more content in the footer; this is just what I see at first glance. It is worth noting that I also work in collaboration with a designer who is a professional in her field and can reflect her vision on the Figma mockup.
