Shopify Theme Designer / Shopify Template Customization (Brand Adaptation)

We are launching a premium wellness & lifestyle brand and are looking for a designer with experience on the Shopify platform to visually adapt and fill in the already selected Shopify template according to our brand book.

The technical implementation, platform setup, and integrations are handled by a separate agency. The designer's task is to design and fill in the template within Shopify, taking into account the brand book, brand aesthetics, and e-commerce logic.

Project goal:

To adapt the ready-made Shopify template to the brand book and create a complete design project for the store by customizing styles, blocks, sections, and content without developing separate layouts.

Designer’s area of responsibility:

1. Working with the selected Shopify template
   – Familiarization with the chosen Shopify theme
   – Analysis of the template's capabilities and limitations
   – Working without changing the code (through theme editor / standard Shopify tools)
2. Adaptation to the brand book
   – Customizing colors, fonts, styles according to the brand book
   – Visual adaptation of the template to the premium positioning of the brand
   – Aligning the website's atmosphere with the brand identity
3. Filling and designing pages within Shopify:
   – Home page (structure of sections, blocks, banners, composition)
   – Category pages (Collections)
   – Product pages (Product Pages)
   – About / informational pages
   – Designing the cart and checkout within the capabilities of the template
4. Visual logic and e-commerce UX:
   – Building the logic of blocks and sections for convenient navigation
   – Placement of CTAs, buttons, banners, accents
   – Mobile adaptation
   – Ensuring visual integrity of the entire site
5. Content and filling:
   – Placement of texts, images, banners according to the design concept
   – Selection or adaptation of graphic elements (if necessary)
   – Control of visual quality of all pages

Work format:

– Work without creating separate layouts in Figma

– Work without programming and development

– All changes are made directly in Shopify within the template

Result:

– Fully designed Shopify store based on the ready-made template

– The design fully complies with the brand book

– Ready-to-launch visual appearance of the store
