We are looking for someone who is ready to take responsibility for the technical direction and implementation of our project. If you have strong experience in development, can manage teams, and implement complex technical solutions, this opportunity is for you.
Scope of Work
- Technical Leadership:
- Project planning, system architecture design, ensuring code quality.
- Team Management:
- Task distribution, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews.
- Development and Support:
- Development and support of applications on React, React Native, and Python.
- Working with Cloud and Server Infrastructures:
- Infrastructure optimization on AWS and OVH servers.
- Ensuring System Reliability:
- Guaranteeing scalability, performance, and stability.
- Collaboration with Teams:
- Close interaction with product, design, and analytics teams.
- Strategic Development:
- Participation in shaping the strategy for technical infrastructure development.
Requirements for the Contractor
- Work Experience:
- At least 2 years in a Tech Lead role or a similar position.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of React, React Native, Python.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS) and server infrastructures (OVH).
- Ability to design application architecture and find optimal technical solutions.
- CI/CD and DevOps:
- Basic knowledge of modern CI/CD tools (preferred).
- Management Skills:
- Ability to manage a team, mentor, and motivate.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to quickly analyze and solve technical problems.
- Machine Learning:
- Understanding of LLM models and decision-making related to ML tasks.
- English Language:
- Good level for working with documentation and communication.
