About the brand:
MY x MY is a Ukrainian women's clothing brand with its own production. We create modern, recognizable designs for confident women, combining comfort, quality, and style. Main sales channels are Instagram, TikTok, website, marketplaces, and pop-up events.
Goal:
Find a strong online sales manager who can effectively handle customer inquiries, stimulate sales, improve customer experience, and develop communication with the audience.
Key responsibilities:
- Communication with customers via Instagram Direct, website chat, messengers, email.
- Closing sales: consultations, size selection, upselling.
- Processing orders and passing them to production/shipping.
- Maintaining CRM and BAF
- Working with statistics
- Handling reviews, processing returns, resolving disputes.
- Initiating promotions, assisting the SMM team.
- Working with offline store stock levels
- Working with wholesale orders
- Creating invoices
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in online sales for at least 2 years (preferably in fashion).
- Confident user of Instagram, TikTok, messengers, basic CRM.
- High communication skills: ability to persuade, work with objections.
- Proactivity, results-oriented, ability to work with numbers.
- Experience working with middle+ segment checks will be an advantage.
Work format:
- Full-time employment, Kyiv
- Working hours from 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00
- Fixed salary + % of sales.
