Price transparency is nonexistent, quality is unpredictable, and safety/trust remains a primary concern. For Service Professionals: Skilled tradespeople rely heavily on informal networks or physical gathering points (mawqif). They lack modern tools to build a steady client base, track income, or display their work portfolio
