**Conversation Tutor Responsibilities:**
- **Conducting online conversation clubs:** Sessions last 60 minutes in small groups (6-12 participants), covering topics such as work/business, daily life, and a "gentle start" for beginners.
- **Creating a friendly atmosphere:** Your task is to encourage active participation and maintain a positive mood within the group.
- **Error correction and feedback:** You will help participants improve grammar and pronunciation by providing constructive advice.
- **Lesson preparation:** You will need to familiarize yourself with conversation topics and prepare additional materials.
