I am looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Payload CMS) — migration of 2 websites for a hotel chain.
The resort hotel network is transitioning from Webflow to its own headless stack.
Two corporate websites (~140 pages in total), multi-tenant architecture —
one code serves multiple hotels on different domains.
The project has already started: the infrastructure is deployed, tenants are configured,
basic blocks are created. An experienced developer is needed to accelerate
and ensure quality completion.
The transfer is not pixel perfect, adaptation to ready-made elements of Shadcn and Tailwind, including through Claude code (some parts have been transferred).
This is not development from scratch.
Stack (fixed)
• Next.js 16 (App Router, RSC, ISR)
• Payload CMS 3.73+ (multi-tenant plugin, MCP plugin)
• PostgreSQL 16
• Tailwind 4 + shadcn/ui
• Cloudflare (R2, CDN, Zaraz)
• Docker + Coolify on Hetzner
• GitHub Actions CI/CD
What needs to be done
• Transfer content from Webflow (pages, CMS collections, media)
• Assemble a block library (Hero, promo, rooms, reviews, etc.)
• Set up forms with telephony integration
• Optimize performance (goal: LCP <1.5s mobile, Lighthouse 90+)
• 301 redirects to preserve SEO
• Cross-tenant entities (shared promotions across multiple hotels)
Requirements
✅ Experience with Payload CMS 3.x — MANDATORY (show real projects)
✅ Next.js App Router + Server Components — confidently
✅ Tailwind + shadcn/ui
✅ Experience with self-hosted deployment (Docker, VPS)
✅ Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
➕ Plus: experience migrating from Webflow
➕ Plus: multi-tenant architecture
➕ Plus: willingness to work in an AI-assisted workflow (Claude Code)
Collaboration format
• Project payment or T&M — negotiable
• Work through GitHub, code review is mandatory
• Clear documentation and ADR
• 2 consecutive weeks of focus preferred
How to respond
Please send:
1. Links to 1-2 production projects on Payload (with URLs)
2. How many Payload projects have you launched in production
3. Have you done migration from Webflow / multi-tenant — briefly about your experience
4. Estimated estimate (fixed-price or daily rate)
5. Earliest availability

For the lines - for such a volume, I would estimate about 4-6 weeks of active work, with a budget starting from 180,000 UAH. I will be more precise after reviewing the repository, the current state of the Payload collections, and the list of pages, because the risk here is not in the layout, but in the data, tenant logic, forms, and performance =)
At Ingello Systems, we have created similar systems where a beautiful page itself is not the priority, but a stable platform - roles, data, integrations, deployment, analytics, speed. Here, I would go through a short technical audit of the current state, then close the migration, blocks, forms, performance, and final stabilization of CI/CD.
I clarify 2 things to avoid guessing:
> whether there is already an export of Webflow CMS in a convenient format, or if we need to extract the structure, media, and connections separately
> whether the telephony already has an API or webhooks, or if this still needs to be selected and designed
Relevant examples:
… > https://business.ingello.com/svitbus - a booking platform with several roles and complex business logic, close in terms of system level
> https://business.ingello.com/platforma - a corporate platform where architecture, stability, and scalability are important
> https://business.ingello.com/carveli - an e-commerce and content system with business logic and integrations
FLH page Ingello - https://systems-fl.ingello.com/ua
To start, I need access to GitHub, the dev environment, Payload admin, Webflow export, and a description of tenant domains. After that, we can quickly provide a technical overview - what is already fine, and where it’s better not to interfere with the template bare, because technical debt loves dramatic scenes. Overall, the task is specialized for us, but I would not assess it as a simple transfer of pages - it is rather the completion of a multi-tenant platform.

Good day.
I have relevant experience with Next.js, headless approach, Tailwind/shadcn, self-hosted deployment, and performance optimization. The project format is clear: not to build from scratch, but to quickly and efficiently enhance the existing base, transfer content from Webflow, add blocks, forms, SEO redirects, and address multi-tenant tasks.
1. Payload production:
From relevant production projects, I can show:
https://leadrevive.tech/
this is an example of Next.js/headless approach, automation, and product logic.
2. I have launched more than 30 Payload projects in production.
… 3. Regarding Webflow / multi-tenant:
4. For the estimate:
7 days/65000 UAH.

I am implementing cross-tenant entity relationships at the Payload CMS level and optimizing page rendering in Next.js through ISR to achieve the target LCP. Budget and timelines are in personal correspondence. Since migrating 140 pages and collections manually will take too much time, please let me know if I will have access to exported JSON/CSV data from Webflow, or if I will need to set up direct parsing through the Webflow CMS API for automated filling of PostgreSQL?

536 9 0 I have 3.5 years of commercial experience in fullstack development using TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. I have worked with headless architectures, multi-tenant systems, and App Router in production projects, so the task of migrating a hotel chain from Webflow to my own stack is clear to me.
I am familiar with Payload CMS: I understand collections, hooks, plugins, and deployment via Docker + Coolify. I use Tailwind 4 and shadcn/ui as my main UI stack. I understand Core Web Vitals and know where to look for bottlenecks to achieve LCP.

280 Hello, Taras! I work with React/Next.js and Tailwind, I can quickly understand the existing codebase and bring it to production level: content migration, block library, 301 redirects/SEO, forms, performance (Core Web Vitals), CI/CD. I use Payload CMS in educational/pilot projects (ready to show code/structure), I understand multi-tenant logic, collections, and access. First, I will do a brief review of the current state (repo, Payload structure, list of pages/forms), after which I will provide an accurate fixed-price estimate. I can work T&M, code review and documentation are mandatory.

196 We have almost a ready foundation for such a headless migration to Next.js and Payload CMS, it can be quickly adapted and brought to launch... we can discuss the details here on the marketplace, I am available ))
The benchmark for the stage is 180,000 UAH and 35 days.
Regarding the task, I see it not as development from scratch, but as a proper completion of an already established system - migration from Webflow, selection of blocks, forms, telephony, performance, and deployment via GitHub Actions.
It is important not to break the already configured tenants, so I would start with a short technical audit of the repository, then close the content migration, the block library, and separately run LCP, ISR, caching Cloudflare, and media in R2.
Access to GitHub, Payload, Webflow export, Cloudflare, Coolify, and the test domain will be needed.
…
I will clarify 2 things.
- Is there already a complete export of pages, CMS collections, and media from Webflow, or does it also need to be prepared?
- The telephony integration should be through a webhook, the supplier's API, or is there already a ready receiver for requests?
Relevant examples:
- https://business.ingello.com/platforma - a corporate platform with roles, modules, and a complex data structure
- https://business.ingello.com/svitbus - a project with booking, performance, and business logic for the client web
The main Ingello page for the marketplace - https://systems-fl.ingello.com/ua
The meaning is simple - measure seven times, cut once, but without academic swamp =)
From the feeling, after access to the repository, it will be possible to calculate more accurately where manual work remains and where it is worth connecting automation for content transfer.

2116 20 0 I understood the task: migration of two corporate websites of the hotel chain (~140 pages in total) from Webflow to a custom stack — Next.js 16 with App Router and RSC, Payload CMS 3.73+ with multi-tenant plus MCP plugin, PostgreSQL 16, Tailwind 4 with shadcn/ui, Cloudflare for R2/CDN/Zaraz, Docker and Coolify on Hetzner, GitHub Actions for CI. The project has already started, basic blocks have been created, and a booster is needed for content transfer, building a block library, integrating forms with telephony, and optimizing performance (LCP target).
Regarding the stack — I have a strong backend in Python with 4 years of production experience and TypeScript as the main frontend language for the last two years. Next.js App Router with React Server Components and ISR is the current approach I have been writing with over the last year. shadcn/ui plus Tailwind 4 is essentially the standard for new projects, a well-known stack. Cloudflare R2 for media storage and Zaraz for analytics — I have used them before.
Payload CMS is a relatively new tool for me (I have worked more with headless alternatives like Strapi and Directus), but migrating 2 sites with existing infrastructure is not a green-field project where architecture needs to be built from scratch, but rather a contributing mode to the existing codebase. I am well-versed in new documentation and AI tooling (fully utilizing Claude Code, which you clearly use — judging by the mention of adapting blocks through Claude code), so I will quickly get into the specifics of the multi-tenant plugin and MCP plugin for Payload.
What I am ready to take on.
First — inventory of the current state and documentation of existing blocks. This will improve speed for subsequent executors and clarify what has already been migrated from the 140 pages and what needs to be transferred.
…
Second — block library. Hero, promo, rooms, reviews, gallery, contact block — these are typical patterns for corporate hotel websites that need to be made reusable with customizable content through Payload. At this stage, it is important to adhere to DRY — the temptation to make each block ad-hoc is present, but with two hotels and dozens of pages, this will return as technical debt.
Third — forms with telephony integration. I have already done this on vetvoice (form → CRM → webhook to telephony). The stack depends on what CRM you have — if HubSpot or amoCRM, there are already ready webhook scenarios. If it's custom — we write an API endpoint in the Next.js route handler.
Fourth — performance to the LCP target. Here is the standard set — image optimization through Next.js Image plus R2, font-display: swap, RSC where possible instead of client components, ISR with revalidate on content blocks, removal of unnecessary third-party scripts (Zaraz ICRA...

1872 9 0 I will respond point by point:
1. Production projects on Payload:
(you need to insert real links here — you won't get through without them)
2. Number of Payload projects in production:
(provide the actual number)
3. Experience with migration / multi-tenant:
I did content migration from Webflow — exporting CMS collections via API, mapping structure to Payload collections, transferring media with automatic upload to R2. 301 redirects through next.config + middleware to maintain SEO positions.
Multi-tenant — I worked with an architecture where one codebase serves multiple domains. Content separation through tenant_id, shared and tenant-specific collections, dynamic routing by hostname.
4. Approach to work:
… Regarding the stack — everything is familiar and relevant:
Next.js 16 App Router, RSC, ISR — main stack
Payload CMS 3.x — collections, globals, blocks, access control, multi-tenant plugin
Tailwind 4 + shadcn/ui — block library with consistent design
Docker + Coolify on Hetzner — self-hosted deployment
Performance — LCP

1362 3 0 Hello. The project is already underway - multi-tenant Payload, Coolify, part of the blocks through Claude. We need to understand the foreign setup and speed it up, without rewriting from scratch.
I have migrated a similar corporate website from Webflow to Next.js + headless CMS - ~80 pages, ISR, forms with telephony. LCP improved from 4.2 seconds to 1.8, 95+ PageSpeed.
Question: which telephony should the forms integrate with? And is there access to the Webflow CMS API or is it a manual export?
