ГЛАВНОЕ! Этот сигнал должны дублировать ВИБРОСИГНАЛОМ часы Samsung Galaxy Watch. Приложение конечно должно работать в фоновом режиме. Это может быть приложение только для часов. Но вот как там с работой в фоне не знаю.
Можно на основе простейшего интервального таймера. Работа, пауза, колличество сетов.
Охотно рассмотрю Ваши предложения и варианты.

Будильник надо каждый раз выключать. И да, там есть повторяющийся сигнал, но нет, не вариант. Пробовал.
