    Архивы сайта, наверное, не делали?

    Судя по техзаданию, к 1С там лезть не надо, планы обмена нормально работают. Если бы сбоила 1С - были бы неправильно цены указаны в xml. Где-то беда в опенкарте.
    Не обновляли случаем?
    Возможно модуль opencart2-exchange1c обновился?
    Сменили названия групп покупателей? Например, раньше были "Оптовики", а теперь сменили название на "ОПТ"?
    Короче, нужно смотреть.
