The main goal is to not lose contact with the client.
I see the technical task as follows, but if anyone has better options, I am ready to listen.
1. Create a public bot, further called PB, which can be blocked and does not bring any value to us, but will perform the following actions.
The client will be offered to create their own token in botfather and send it to PB, which will then send the token to the server.That is, each client will have their own personal bot, which will essentially be impossible for competitors to delete.
2. Create an admin bot, further called AB, which will have access to all client bots and will not be publicly visible anywhere, meaning it cannot be deleted either.
3. A group is created in Telegram, where the AB is added. An automatic subgroup will be created for each client’s bot.
If the client writes something in their bot, it will be displayed in the subgroup assigned to them. We will be able to reply to them from the group, and the message will be displayed in their client bot.
Unresolved issue.
1. A lot of time will be spent explaining to the client how to do this. How to automate?
2. If ready-made bots are provided to clients, it will be very costly. One Telegram account should have one bot.

Regarding "unresolved issues":
1. Currently, I only have one simple idea: to create some kind of menu with instructions.
2. So, do we need to limit the creation of client bots to one bot per client? If yes, then this is not a problem.
My further questions and suggestions:
1. I don't quite understand the need for an admin bot and an admin group?
2. Maybe it would be better, instead of creating groups for each client bot, to create topics within one group. Because a regular bot cannot create a group; to do that, a user bot is needed, which means having a separate Telegram account, making it more complicated.
