Не совсем понятно как у вас -обычно работал с ТСД(терминал сбора данных)
Принцип у него тот же есть uart и сканер -Но Производитель ТСД дает sdk
Которое заключается в том чтобы слушать сканер и broadcast("кричать на весь андроид" что пришел какой-то штрихкод)
Вам как я понимаю именно такую штуку и нужно-А ваша апка по broadcast подписке будет получать инфу
Есть и другой путь Ваша апка просто открывает uart (Нужна будет нативная либа либо шлюз) И просто читает что пришло

Зараз працює таким чином. Натискаючи кнопку F1 планшет відправляє два байти на сканер. Сканер відповідає текстовою строчкою в буфер обміну те що зміг розпізнати.
Тобто як читати штріхкод зрозуміло.
Треба зрозуміти як відправити на сканер свій запит.
Якщо порадите додаток із play market, яким можна тестувати, чи емулювати повідомлення відправки в broadcasts - буде вважатись консультацією.
А какая модель сканера-Обычно это нетипично чтоб сканер требовалось "толкать"(посылать вначале команды в сканер чтоб начал сканировать и отвечать) как правило сканер отсканировал и отправил все в uart -наше дело оттуда забрать -
каков алгоритм работы ?ВЫ запускаете некую прогу(ее код есть?) она по кнопке отправляет команду в сканер-он начинает сканировать -отдает ответ сканирования-и ответ прога помещает в буфер обмена?

Є аппка керування функціоналом Ф1,Ф2. Там можна призначити старт сканування. При старті через юарт відправляється повідомлення на сканер. Це повідомлення завжди однакове.
Потрібна змінювати відпрямляємі повідомлення. Різні режими роботи сканера.
Є аппка, менеджер сканування. Із неї можна запустити сканування. Повідомлення старту на сканер таке саме.
Ніякого апі, чи документації немає.

Моя помилка, шо не написав про наявність фізичних кнопок, що запускають сканування відправкою запиту на сканер.
Чи можна зробити так, щоб підминити повідомлення старту сканування на своє?
Чи можна визначити, які процеси запускає натискання F1,F2?
можна поставити тимчасово uart sniffer, зняти команди i потiм тупо iх використовувати в своiй app. нiхто вам не потрiбен для цього

Зрозумів. Logic analyser. Це робив, rx/tx читаю.
Проблема в керуванні. Цього uart "немає" в системі у вигляді СОМ. Мабуть він існує як gpio.
не думаю - uart навiть на 9600 потребує hard realtime, якого в android не було, нема i не буде. скорiш там якесь dio типу spi. робiть лог на пiни та дивiться що там
