Tax planning and risk minimization
3. Management accounting and budgeting
Formation of management reports for company management
Analysis of expenses, profitability, return on investment
Participation in budget preparation, control of the implementation of planned indicators
Building financial models and forecasts
4. Foreign economic activity (FEA)
Accounting for import/export operations
Calculation of customs duties, exchange rate differences
Interaction with customs authorities and banks (currency control)
5. Programs and IT tools
1C:Enterprise 8.3 / BAS Accounting — full proficiency (data entry, report form setup, synchronization)
M.E.Doc / SOTA — electronic reporting, document exchange with contractors
Excel — advanced level: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, formulas, conditional formatting
Liga:Zakon / YouControl / Taxer — contractor verification, legislative changes, tax calendar
Integration with CRM / ERP systems — experience with enterprise automation
6. Audit and internal control
Preparation for external audit, participation in inspections
Conducting internal audits: cash discipline control, compliance with accounting policies
Development of internal regulations and procedures
7. Teamwork and personnel management
Management of the accounting department (from 3 to 10 people)
Task setting, performance control, mentoring junior specialists
