Script for automatically merging messages in Telegram
It should forward messages to another channel
(specificially copy the text and send it to another channel, not just forward)
It should be able to forward files/videos/images/voice messages and add text if it is present in the original channel.
It should be able to forward different text in comments to a post (the bot posts a message in the channel and adds comments to this message that exist in the original source) (this can be just text, as well as video/image/voice).
It should be able to forward text even if copying is prohibited in the channel.
To be able to set a delay for a specific channel (up to a maximum of 30 minutes).
+ It would be desirable for assistance in setting all this up on the server, and to explain how to configure the script so that I can add channels for forwarding myself.
