Готов выполнить ваш заказ, но для удобства пользования можем сделать привязку не по hdd (есть софт для смены серийника, простыми словами можно крякнуть), а по логину + паролю. Вы будете видить ип с которого была авторизация и имя устройства. Так как питон декомпилируемый ЯП, можем реализовать подгрузку самого софта с хостинга, что позволит вам делать обновления программы в живом режиме, а файл билда будет весить самый минимум.
