По заголовку заявки (Скрипт сервиса сравнения цен) складывается впечатление что нужен прайсагрегатор (на подобии http://prom.ua/), а решение http://catalog.savgroup.ru/ напоминает обычный интернет магазин. Можете уточнить что именно Вам нужно?

Так же нужен рабочий кабинет, где пользователь может менять цену, так же проставлять актуальный курс валют, смотреть свой баланс, указывать контактные данные и.т.п.
Ближайший аналог Hotline, но можно что-то по проще.
В начале планируется не большое количество товаров, но в будущем может увеличиться до 10-30 тис. товаров.
Так же рассматриваю переделку OpenCart.
