скрипт работающий с базой sqlite во вложении.
Надо проверить его и добавить в него:
создание папки в которой будут созданны файлы базы и штексеса
создание в корне и работа с базой и штексесом находящимся в корне.
работа с базой и штексесом который рядом с файлом
например скрипт получает параметры(через POST):
fold - имя папки которую надо создать в корне если нету ее.
если есть папка {проверяем наличие базы и штексеса делаем запись в существующую базу}
если нет {dofiles - команда на создание базы и штксеса в нужной папке добавление записи в базу}
funk shekbase - проверка возможности работать с базой - запись в нее и получение записи
link - ссылка
count - количество ссылок
nsimvol - количество символов в генерируемой ссылке.
в итоге скрипт формирует в базе записи которые через штексес переадресовывают на соответствующие ссылки.
