Нужно сделать скрипт следующим образом, если из шаблона удаляется ссылка копирайта, то шаблон перестает корректно отображаться в браузере, также что-бы было предотвращено изменение ссылки в копирайте, или изменение текста копирайта. Скрипт необходимо спрятать, чтобы трудно было найти, либо в картинку либо куда ещё, если в js файл, то связать его с другими скриптами, важными для корректной работы шаблона. Можно сделать так же, чтоб проверка осуществлялась по крон заданию на указанных сайтах.
К скрипту приложить инструкцию по подключению и запуску крона.
