I have over 6 years of experience in sales. I have worked in both phone and written as well as offline sales. I am excellent at working with scripts, making upsells, and handling objections. I have repeatedly been involved in creating and adjusting sales scripts, training newly hired staff, as well as evaluating the quality of employees' work.
I can evaluate several dozen calls over the next few days; the total number depends on the number of operators, as each one needs to have at least 5 calls listened to at different periods of work for an adequate assessment of performance and to identify recurring mistakes and analyze progress/regress.
The format of the final material depends on individual agreements with the client and their preferences, usually a Google spreadsheet, Google Docs file, or PDF with clickable links.
