I am looking for a specialist who can help organize our phone scripts and improve the efficiency of the sales department operators.
Current Situation
Several old text scripts (dialogues) that include order confirmation, upselling, and cross-selling.
The scripts are outdated, with many direct "hard sell" approaches, and there is almost no work through questions and needs identification.
What Needs to Be Done
Listen to the operators' calls.
Identify the problems that hinder them from selling better: where customers are lost, which phrases work poorly, where the logic falters.
Prepare a clear analysis: what to correct, what to add, which mistakes are repeated.
Update or completely rewrite the scripts to make them modern, flexible, and user-friendly.
An important point is to focus on questions, needs identification, product value, and customer motivation, rather than just "pushing" the sale.

I have over 6 years of experience in sales. I have worked in both phone and written as well as offline sales. I am excellent at working with scripts, making upsells, and handling objections. I have repeatedly been involved in creating and adjusting sales scripts, training newly hired staff, as well as evaluating the quality of employees' work.
I can evaluate several dozen calls over the next few days; the total number depends on the number of operators, as each one needs to have at least 5 calls listened to at different periods of work for an adequate assessment of performance and to identify recurring mistakes and analyze progress/regress.
