SMM + content manager for an IT school - experience with funnels and course promotion

About us

A young practical IT education project at the start. We are preparing the first batch of the PM course and building channels from scratch. We are looking for a person with whom we will grow.

What needs to be done

We have a vision, but no written strategy. We are looking for someone who will help finalize it and immediately take over the management of the channels:

— build funnels for the product: from lead magnet to sale, together with us;
— refine the content strategy: categories, topics, content plan for the launch;
— manage Instagram and Telegram: posts, Stories, engagement, publications on schedule;
— package one topic for different channels, without copy-pasting between them;
— work with the chatbot funnel in SendPulse: quiz for lead generation, warming up, chains;
— look at the analytics and suggest what to change.

Who we are looking for

— mandatory experience in building funnels — not just managing accounts, but building the path from lead to purchase and understanding where it leaks;
— mandatory real experience in promoting online courses / educational products;
— you can build and manage a strategy, not just execute ready-made tasks;
— have worked with SendPulse — setting up bots and chains;
— Ukrainian at a native level, write lively, like a person, not like AI;
— maintain tone of voice and red policy.

Will be a plus

— experience with Kwiga / Weblium;
— understand AI tools for content.

Format

Remote, project-based or monthly collaboration — we will discuss according to your format. Start soon, for the first batch. Initially paid test, then ongoing work if we match.
