About the Project I'm an IELTS expert and educator with an established personal brand on Instagram, where I create educational content and help students prepare for the IELTS exam. Our primary audience is Russian-speaking people living abroad, mainly in the UK, Canada, Australia and other English-speaking countries. Monthly advertising budget: approximately €2,000, with the possibility of increasing it if the campaigns perform well.What we're looking for We're not looking for someone who simply launches Facebook ads. We're looking for a strategic marketer who can take ownership of our paid acquisition funnel and help us make data-driven decisions throughout the launch. You will be responsible for: Developing the overall Meta Ads strategy leading up to the course launch. Our audience consists of people who shoot a lot of videos while engaging in activities such as skiing, snowboarding, surfing, MTB, motorcycling, skydiving, diving, etc. Important: we only work with foreign English-speaking audiences - USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavian countries. Ukrainian and Russian-speaking groups are not suitable for us. What needs to be done: find large active English-speaking thematic groups on Facebook (action sports, specific sports, communities of GoPro/DJI/Insta360 owners) with audiences specifically from the mentioned countries; make posts/messages about our service in English in a way that looks organic and avoids bans (native posts, relevant responses, if necessary - agreement with group admins for paid placements).
