About Me
I am a realtor with 12 years of experience in Kyiv and the region. I work with the sale of residential and commercial real estate, and land plots. Partially rental.
I need a specialist who will take on full management of social media and help build a strong personal brand.
What is required from the specialist
Must-have requirements:
- Experience in managing accounts in the premium segment / real estate.
- Ability to work very well with video (editing, scripts).
- Understanding of the Ukrainian/Kyiv market (local context), (what Ukrainians like).
Tasks:
- Development of a promotion strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook; possibly YouTube Shorts).
- Scripts for video content (especially video business cards that need to be filmed first).
- Development and management of a content plan (monthly).
- Writing texts for posts and stories (sales, expert, engaging).
- Creation of visual content (photos, design, video editing, reels, TikTok).
- Focus on video content (Reels, Stories) — quality, dynamics, short formats.
- Profile design (header, highlights, visual style).
- Posting and maintaining regularity.
- Launching targeting (Meta Ads), developing creatives. (after the profile is formed)
- Regular analysis and reporting (growth, reach, applications).
Positioning (as an example):
- “Your realtor” — a realtor with experience since 2013, easy to communicate with, a professional you can trust.
- Main message: “No pomp. Transparent, sincere, ironic, but to the point.”
- Style: professional, yet accessible; expertise + friendliness + humor.
Examples of sections:
- Personality disclosure: short videos “who I am”, stories from practice. (video business card)
- Realtor tips (expert videos): for buyers and sellers (checklists, trends, mistakes, property preparation).
- Success stories: case studies of transactions.
- Life of a realtor: personal brand, values, motivation.
- Presentations of properties: apartments, houses, land, with an emphasis on investment potential and “client pain points”.

- Trial period — 1 month, with the possibility of extension. (I mean that the first month of cooperation will be a trial. During this time, we will check how you work with content and advertising, whether our cooperation is comfortable. If everything is good, we will continue on a long-term basis)
