Content Strategy & Creation:

- Create and curate content in various formats (videos, posts, stories, GIFs, etc.) optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Conduct research to understand client-specific audiences and identify trending formats and content styles.
- Craft viral, buzz-worthy campaigns to grow engagement and brand visibility.
Community Engagement:
- Actively manage and engage with client communities across social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to build positive audience relationships.
- Monitor trends and conversations relevant to client industries for timely engagement opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies to optimize campaigns and achieve client goals.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with clients, creative teams, and influencers to align social strategies with broader marketing efforts.
- Experiment with new formats, features, and platforms to keep client campaigns fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably in diverse industries.
- Strong command of written English and exceptional storytelling skills.
- Proven track record of creating viral content and successful social campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on performance insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of vertical video storytelling trends.
- Experience working with app-based or entertainment-focused brands is a plus.
