• Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Implement strategies to increase our social media following organically and drive user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design, video creation, and multimedia content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling, audience-focused content.
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for social media.
• Advanced level of English is a MUST (both written and spoken).
• Proven IT company social media management experience with organic audience growth.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Independent worker and project owner.
• Creative thinker with a track record of innovative idea generation.
