К примеру по Инстаграму - выставляем в настройках ставить лайки по городу Житомир. И Софт ставит лайк от имени нашей страницы на указанных фото. Таким образом люди будут обращать внимание на нашу страниц и какой-то % будет на нее подписываться. Тоже самое и по ВК.
