Вообще-то SolidWorks не допускает пересохранения в ранние версии. Единственный путь - сохранить 3D модель в обменном формате (parasolid, step...), а уже с этой модели сделать сборочный чертеж...Похоже Ваши 300руб врят ли помогут.
