Creating a chatbot for communicating with clients
Task:
Develop a chatbot that will work in three messengers according to the following scheme:
- Transition to the chatbot through the "Contact" button on the Shopify website in the messenger
- When filling in contact details in the chatbot, it automatically sends the product catalog
- The chatbot identifies the customer's needs and specifies the request through 3 key questions
- Then, a manager joins the chatbot and communicates directly with the customer through this chat
- Messages from the chatbot are sent to the CRM system for data recording
The company is open to creative ideas for implementing other functions in the chatbot to facilitate and streamline communication with the customer. The CRM system is not connected, so you will need to find a program for data transfer and connect the chatbot to it.
